Gitte Weise Gallery is located in Mitte. The gallery district of Berlin which includes Linienstrasse, Auguststrasse, and Tucholskystrasse among others.
The (S) Bahn station on Tucholskystrasse corner Oranienburgerstrasse (line S1) is a short walk from the gallery. Alternatively the U Bahn Station Oranienburger Tor (line U6) is nearby on the corner of Friedrichstrasse and Linienstrasse (both approximately 200 meters from the gallery).
Also within walking distance are both Sophie Gips Hoefe on Sophienstrasse, the Hackesche Hoefe, and Berlin’s world-renowned Museumsinsel (Museum Island), home to the Alte Nationalgalerie (Old National Gallery, 1876), the Bode Museum (1904) and the Pergamon Museum (1930).
